By using Dubdig you agree to these terms.
What Dubdig is
Dubdig recommends music by looking at public Bandcamp collections and finding collectors whose taste overlaps with yours. Tracks play through Bandcamp's own embedded players, and buying a record always happens on Bandcamp, with the artist. Dubdig is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bandcamp in any way.
The music isn't ours
All music, artwork, and release information belongs to the artists and labels that made it. Dubdig only handles metadata from publicly visible pages and never hosts or redistributes audio. If you're an artist or collector who wants out, use the removal page.
Your account
Your account is yours: sign-in details stay private, and activity under the account is treated as yours. You can use Dubdig anonymously, but anonymous sessions can be lost with your browser data — link an account if you want your crate to survive. Dubdig isn't built for children; don't use it if you're under 16.
Supporter subscriptions
Supporting Dubdig is optional — the free service stays free. The supporter subscription bills monthly at the price shown at checkout, handled by our payment processor, and you can cancel anytime from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't do partial refunds. Prices may change for new subscriptions, never retroactively for existing ones.
Fair use of the service
Don't abuse it: no scraping or bulk-harvesting Dubdig, no attempting to access other users' data, no using the service to spam or harass, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
Dubdig is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are opinions of an algorithm, embeds depend on Bandcamp being up, and the service may change or go away. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes get a new date at the top of this page. Using Dubdig after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, nothing here takes away rights you have where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
